Trusting

It’s the strangest thing

I trust you implicitly

though you play tricks on me

and sometimes they hurt me

I feel your deep honesty

and that makes me happy

so I do cherish thee

and I hope you will be

kind to me.

  1. Oh Lia, this is beautiful. I can totally relate and your words had an effortless flow to them! Keep shining friend, big hugs πŸ€—πŸ€—

    1. Aw Ace…. thank you, you are so kind always… and I am looking forward to reading more of yours soon… just is a lot going on around here and yet I’m making snippets of time to create and interact in between… (as we all do)… but I haven’t kept up as much as I’d like to with all the wonderful reading. Hugs back and see you soon πŸ€—πŸ™πŸ’›

    1. But “my mother was a tailor… sewed my new blue jeans.” My father wasn’t no gambling man, nor did he live in new orleans…
But still I love the music,
      this one and that one,
and again and again, it seams. πŸŽΆπŸ”†
